Heath S. Williams, born in Benndale, Mississippi, earned a Bachelor's degree and Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisianna.  His professional work history includes practicing as a geotechnical engineer as a Baton Rouge based geotechnical engineering company and at a major engineering firm in Atlanta, Georgia.

Hollis S. "Pete" Williams, Jr., born in Benndale, Mississippi earned an Associate's Degree from MGCCC and Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University.  His Military background includes completion of Basic training and Adavanced Individual Training (A.I.T) and recieving an Infantry Officer Commission from Mississippi Military Academy.  While earning his Civil Engineering Degree, he performed various military duties from carpenter to platoon leader in the fields of vertical and horizontal construction.  His professional work history includes practicing as a geotechnical engineer at Simmons Consulting Engineers in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, a General Civil Engineer at Brown and Mitchell, Inc. in Gulfport, Mississippi  (primarily in the private sector), and as a General Civil Engineer at Batson ans Brown in Lucedale, Mississippi (primarily in the private sector).  He is now the principal engineer for W Geotechnical & Testing, Inc. as well as W Engineering, P.A.
